Processing Time

Each piece is carefully handcrafted to order.
Please allow 1–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment.
During collection launches, holidays, or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping within the Netherlands
Standard shipping: 3–5 business days
Free shipping on orders over €149.

International Shipping
European Union: 5–8 business days
Delivery times outside the European Union vary depending on the destination and local customs procedures.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer. House of Oliveiro has no control over these fees and cannot estimate their amount.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
House of Oliveiro cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control. While we are happy to assist where possible, House of Oliveiro cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing or other unforeseen circumstances.
