Are your tasbih handmade?
Yes. Each tasbih is individually hand-knotted and carefully finished by hand in the Netherlands.
Are all pieces exactly the same?
No. Because natural stones are used, each piece may vary slightly in colour, pattern, texture, and tone. These natural variations are part of the beauty of every tasbih.

Are the stones natural?
Yes. House of Oliveiro works with natural stone materials. Natural variations, inclusions, and subtle differences are expected.
Do you use gold plated materials?
No, House of Oliveiro uses high quality 14/20 gold-filled details of where stated.
Gold-filled consists of a thick layer of real 14k gold mechanically bonded to a base metal core. By law, 14/20 gold-filled contains 1/20th of its total weight in gold — meaning approximately 5% real gold. Compared to regular gold plating, gold-filled is significantly more durable and better suited for long-term wear when handled with care.
Do you use sterling silver?
Yes. Sterling silver details are 925 silver where stated.
Can natural stones have small imperfections?
Yes. Small marks, inclusions, colour shifts, and natural patterns are normal characteristics of natural materials.

What bead sizes do you offer?
This may vary by collection, but House of Oliveiro may offer pieces in 6 mm, 8 mm, and 10 mm bead sizes depending on the design.
What is the difference between 33 and 99 bead tasbih?
A 33 bead tasbih is compact and easy to carry. A 99 bead tasbih offers a fuller, more traditional feel and is often preferred for longer dhikr.

Do you offer a restringing service?
Yes. House of Oliveiro offers a complimentary restringing service for tasbih affected by normal use.
Do I have to pay for restringing?
The restringing itself is complimentary. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from House of Oliveiro.
What is not covered by the restringing service?
Damage caused by pulling, misuse, water exposure, improper handling, or accidents may not qualify for complimentary restringing.
How do I request restringing?

Can I request a custom tasbih?
Yes. Selected custom-made tasbih requests can be discussed.
What can be customised?

Can you create any design I want?

Can I return a custom-made tasbih?
