At House of Oliveiro, we offer careful repair and restringing services for tasbihs, pearl necklaces, beaded jewellery, and sentimental pieces.
Each item is assessed individually before any work begins. The final price depends on the condition of the piece, the number of beads, the knotting technique, and the materials required.
Our services include:
Simple restringing — from €35
Full hand-knotting between each bead — from €75
Complex repair or reconstruction — from €95
Clasp replacement — from €20, excluding the clasp
Replacement of missing beads or components — price on request
Priority repair — surcharge from €20
Prices exclude materials, replacement components, and shipping costs. You will always receive a quotation before the repair is carried out.
Complimentary Restringing for House of Oliveiro Tasbihs
Each House of Oliveiro tasbih is created to be cherished and used with care over time.
Should your tasbih require restringing due to normal use and wear, we offer a complimentary restringing service. Customers are only responsible for the shipping costs to and from House of Oliveiro.
Bracelet Restringing Service
To help you enjoy your bracelet for longer, we offer a restringing service for elastic gemstone bracelets.
Restringing: €15
The service includes new high-quality jewellery elastic cord and restringing of the original beads. Replacement beads, spacers or metal components are charged separately when required and will always be discussed with you first.
Shipping costs are not included. Please contact us before sending your bracelet.

This service applies to normal use and natural wear over time.
Damage caused by pulling, misuse, water exposure, or improper handling may not qualify. Replacement beads, clasps, or other components are not included and may be charged separately.

12-Month Jewellery Guarantee
Every House of Oliveiro bracelet and ring includes a 12-month guarantee from the date of delivery. This guarantee covers defects in the construction, wirework and stretch cord during normal use.
If your bracelet or ring develops a defect within this period, please contact us with your order number and clear photographs before returning the piece. Once assessed, we will carefully repair or replace it at no additional cost, including any necessary shipping costs.
The guarantee does not cover gradual stretching, normal wear, scratches, bending, misshaping, accidental damage, snagging, excessive force or damage caused by water, perfume, lotions, chemicals or improper care. Lost or damaged beads and gemstones are not covered unless their loss or damage resulted from a defect in the construction of the piece.
As we work with natural gemstones, jade and wood, variations in colour, clarity, pattern and texture are part of their natural character and are not considered defects.
After the 12-month guarantee period, we will still be happy to assess your piece for repair or restringing. Any applicable costs will always be confirmed before work begins.
This commercial guarantee is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights.
